This system does not collect or track any personal or private information beyond what you provide in your member account.
Fields containing sensitive information (e.g.: Physical Address fields, Email address, phone number) are presented in an obscured fashion to whomever views a member record that is not logged-in or does not have authority to view the field content unobscured.
All published documents under the Status category are publicly viewable, except the Birth Record document field which by its nature contains sensitive information.
Documents published under categories other than the Status category may be individually published as Confidential which signifies only you, the document owner, or authorized people for lawful reasons may view the document.
