Document Publishing
You may publish only documents (in PDF format) which you are the owner of.
Unacceptable2 content:
- Anything which is of a sexual nature.
- Suggestion of, or incitement of, any type of violence.
- Language or imagery intended to degrade, belittle, or cause physical harm to anyone.
If it is reported (and proven) you have published a document that is not owned by you or contains unacceptable2 content, you will be notified via email of the reported violation and be allowed 7 days to remove the offending content.
Failure to remove the violating document(s) or prove you are the owner of the document(s) prior to expiration of alotted time will result in termination of your account.
All documents published under the Status category are publicly viewable except the Birth Record, which is automatically designated as Confidential1.
Documents under categories other than the Status category may be individually published as Confidential1.
- 1Confidential: Documents published as confidential are viewable only to the account owner and people who have lawful reason to view the document.
The primary reason to publish a document as confidential is to establish the document does exists and help prove when it was created (cursory by its published date). - 2Unacceptable: Publishing any unacceptable content results in immediate account termination, without recourse.
