Access/usage
All persons born or naturalized within the USA may utilize this system.
To use this system you must agree to the following:
- Any content you post or submit is considered your private property inwhich you assume all responsibility for that content.
- You will post or submit only content which you own (Officials may post/submit content on behave of members, when authorized).
- You will not post or submit anything which is of a sexual nature.
- You will not post or submit any suggestion of, or incitement of, any type of violence.
- You will not post or submit any language or imagery intended to degrade, belittle, or cause physical harm to anyone.
- You will not use any content from this system for commercial purposes unless you own the content and limited to only the content you own.
- You will not attempt to utilize this system, or any content thereof, for advertising or marketing of any type.
- You will not extract or attempt to extract content which is not owned by you without the consent of the content owner.
Verify Account
Your account must be verified prior to uploading or publishing documents.
Account verification requires an in-person or video call where you must provide a picture ID for proof of identity and a lawful birth record document (“birth certificate” or naturalization document) for the USA.
Publishing
Documents may be published once you have been verified.
Documents are accessible only by you until published.
Documents must be published within 90 days from upload date.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe©, which has its own Privacy Policy that you should review.
Payment details are handled directly between your browser and Stripe©. No payment details are provided to or stored in this system beyond payment reference and/or authorization codes provided by Stripe©.
